My day can be summed up in the book If You Give a Mouse A Cookie: If you try to put up the map & cork boards in Cole's room, you may need to clean out the armoire, if you clean out the armoire you may need to clean out the hall closet, if you put stuff from the hall closet into the garage, you may discover mildew on some furniture and you may wonder if it is on your wedding dress and look for the ...
pumpkin Mom gave you, if you clean out the furniture and wedding dress in your garage and bring it into you home and accidentally break the pumpkin (sorry Mom), you may need to reorganize your upstairs closet. If you reorganize your closet, you have to find a new home for the bookshelf downstairs, if you realize it is 1pm, you have to cook the chicken, OMGOSH! This is not how I operate. But kind of funny none the less. #needashoweranytimenow
My homeschool books are starting to arrive and can I just say? It is like a little taste of Christmas everytime! I LOVE getting the books, organizing the schedule, gearing up for the new school year! Unlike most of my LEON county friends, we will be officially starting next week. Math and reading this week though.
We had a relaxing weekend. On Friday night we walked over to Lafayette with the Layerds, and on Saturday I taught a Kleman class. I am LOVING BLGF right now, as always...but since it is growing I am extra inspired! Then we went to Costco and played the freezer game...Margo has all sorts of traditions at Costco! Last night we watched Journey 2 and I have to say, The Rock is SUPER HILARIOUS to me...his whole personality. Today we enjoyed an awesome E3 service, and then I bought some Cheeky Panties At V Secret and got some jeans at Banana thanks to Friends and Family. I only mention the panties b/c 1) I have no male readers and 2) I LOVE them...If I was Oprah, they would totally be on my Favorites show! Moving right along...
Tropical Whatever Isaac is on it's way to the Gulf. Go Away!
SO, I plan on posting about the projects I did this summer...maybe this week.
Until then,
God is good, kind, loving and HE desires to free us. How amazing!
